Binghamton Man Accused of Johnson City Rape

A Binghamton man is accused in connection with a reported rape in Johnson City.

Village police say June 6, they arrested 22 year old George Fineout while he was applying for Broome County Social Security benefits in Binghamton.

Fineout is accused of raping a person in the village on the morning of June 3.

He was charged with felony rape and sent to the Broome County Jail.
