Authorities say 31-year-old Kevin Craven was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation. He also was charged with second-degree harassment.

State police say Craven was arrested late Sunday night following a reported disturbance in a home on Burr Avenue in the Town of Binghamton.

Investigators say Craven is accused of pushing the other person several times and choking that person.

Craven was arraigned in Binghamton town court and sent to Broome County Jail on $500 bail.
