The Food and Drug Administration has posted a list of thousands of medical facilities that had recieved products from the company linked to the fungal meningitis outbreak and a Broome County hospital is on the list.

According to the FDA website, Lourdes Hospital in Binghamton is one of three thousand facilities getting shipments of products from New England Compounding Center on or before May 21st.

Binghamton Eye Associates is also on the list.

Lourdes Hospital officials have not commented on the information while Binghamton Eye Associates on Mitchell Avenue said they have set aside any questionable medications.

There has been one reported case of fungal meningitis each in New York and Pennsylvania.

The outbreak has been largely linked to contaminated batches of injectable steroids.
