Binghamton Police now say two teens are charged in the reported armed home invasion in the First Ward October 22.

In addition to the arrest of 18 year old Angel Alicea of Johnson City, Police say they have also arrested a 15 year old Binghamton boy.

Both are charged with felony burglary after residents of a home on Brownell Avenue reported two armed suspects entered the house at 8:50 p.m. and stole long guns and other property.

Police say they recovered a handgun they believe the boys used in the incident as well as the long guns.

Alicea was sent to the Broome County Jail while the Binghamton boy was sent to a juvenile detention facility.

Police say they believe the house was intentionally targeted and the reported invasion was not a random act.

The investigation is continuing and anyone with information is asked to contact Binghamton Police Detectives at (607) 772-7080.
