Binghamton Drivers Park in the Dark

Dozens of downtown Binghamton workers ventured into a very dark parking garage Tuesday morning.

Lights on the four underground levels of the city-owned facility at State and Henry streets were out of service.

A parking supervisor told WNBF News that he didn't know when the problem developed or what caused the lights to go out.

Stairwell lights remained in operation.

The supervisor said lights to the lower levels were back in service by 9:00 a.m.
