Binghamton Brothers Charged in Strong-Arm Robbery

Two Binghamton brothers are accused of beating up a man and a woman on Main Street on the west side of the city at around 8 p.m. October 23rd.

City police detectives say 18 year old Lance Howe and 19 year old Dominic Howe are each charged with felony robbery.

Police say the attack occurred in front of the Hang Phat Asian grocery store across from Crestmont Road.

Detectives say the victims did not request medical attention.
