The Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task force searched the home November 3 and say they found close to six ounces of cocaine, Oxycodone pills, Psilocybin mushrooms, drug packaging material, drug paraphernalia and over $3,300 in suspected drug sale proceeds.

29 year old Dwayne Battle and 28 year old Danielle Shantillo were arrested.

Battle and Shantillo are both charged each with two felony counts of drug possession, three misdemeanor counts of criminally using drug paraphernalia, two misdemeanor counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor child endangerment since children ranging in age from 2 months to ten years where in the home at the time of the drug raid.

Authorities say Child Protective Services was notified of the incident.
