Binghamton Boy is Charged in West Side Stabbing

A Binghamton teen is being held in connection with a stabbing during a fight in the area of Oak and Elm Streets in the City June 25.

Police say 16 year old Ozzy Kipp is charged with felony assault in the attack on 21 year old James Silva.

Authorities say Silva walked into a hospital at around 9 p.m. for treatment of stab wounds to the chest and shoulder.

At last word, Silva was still hospitalized.
