Last time the two teams met Maine handed BU a 64-60 loss at the Events Center on February 16th .  Jordan Reed was on fire in that game scoring 29 points and grabbed 17 rebounds.  Reed heads into today’s game leading the Bearcats in scoring with 16.1 points per game and rebounds with 8.9 boards per contest.

Xavier Pollard is the top gun for Maine scoring 16.7 points per game.  Both teams have had problems at the free-throw line.  The Black Bears are hitting just 63 percent of their free throws while the Bearcats are hitting at a 66 percent clip.

Airtime for today’s game is set for 4:15 on News Radio 1290 WNBF.  The Bearcats return home for their next two games.  Binghamton hosts New Hampshire Thursday at 7 PM and UMass-Lowell next Saturday at 4:30 PM.
