Senior guard and co-captain Marlon Beck established a new Binghamton Bearcat record for career three-point shots made when he sank a a long-range bucket from the left elbow near the middle of the first half of Sunday's home game against UMass Lowell.  Beck went on to notch two more three-pointers and now has 185 in his career as a Bearcat.

Beck was tied for the team career record of 182 with Troy Hailey who starred for the Bearcats from 2003-2007. Hailey was in attendance when Beck tied his record on Thursday night at UMBC.

Beck is averaging 5.9 points per game this season and is shooting 39 percent from the field and has made 21 of 68 three-point attempts this season for 31 percent.

Beck will lead his Bearcats into action Wednesday night when they host the Vermont Catamounts at 7:05 PM.  Airtime is set for 6:45 on News Radio 1290 WNBF.
