Bearcats Wrestlers Open NCAA Tournament 1-1

Two Binghamton Bearcat wrestlers are competing in the NCAA Championships.  Through the first session BU had won one match and dropped another.

Heavyweight Tyler Deuel defeated Ryan Solomon from the University of Pittsburgh 8-3 in his opening match.  Deuel is a 13th seed.  Jack McKeever  lost a 4-0 decision to The University of Wyoming's Ben Stroh.  McKeever entered the competition un-seeded.

Competition continues through March 21.
