The Binghamton Bearcats got career games from Imani Watkins and Rebecca Carmody and rolled to a 70-56 victory over the UMBC Retrievers at the Events Center Wednesday night. Watkins scored 30 points and grabbed 15 rebounds...both career bests and Carmody notched a carer high 22 points to lead Binghamton to the win.  Watkins scored 19 of her points in the first period.

`The victory is the third in a row for the Bearcats and moves their America East record to 8-7.  The loss leaves the Retrievers with an identical 8-7 slate. The Bearcats and Retrievers along with Stony Brook are all 8-7 in conference play.

Seeding for the upcoming America East Tournament remains up in the air.

Depending on what happens on Saturday which is last day of the regular season, the Bearcats could finish anywhere from third to sixth. BU hosts the America East Tournament on March 5 and 6 at the Events Center.
