The Cornell Big Red swept Binghamton University in men's and women's soccer yesterday in Ithaca.  The BU women were unable to score and Cornell won their match 2-0.  With the win BU falls to 4-3-1 while Cornell is now 4-1-1.  The Bearcats are idle until Monday night when they play on the road at Army.

In men's soccer Cornell edged the Bearcats 2-1.  Jr. forward Vlad Finn, scored the only Bearcats goal as the Big Red outshot Binghamton 16-9.  Goalkeeper Stefano Frantellizzi made five saves in the contest.  The Bearcats drop to 2-3-1 on the season.  Cornell is now 4-0-1.  The Bearcats travel to Lafayette for a 2 PM start on Saturday.  They are home again on Tuesday, September 24th to host St. Peter's at 7 PM at the Bearcats Sports Complex.
