Utilizing a 55-point second half the Binghamton Bearcats came from a 24-17 halftime deficit to defeat the Long Beach State 49ers 72-64 last (Thanksgiving) night in Fort Myers, Florida.  Binghamton's first half shooting was awful.  The Bearcats shot just 22 percent from the field (6-27) in the first half.  They also made just three three-point shots in the first 20 minutes as well.

The second half was a complete reversal as Binghamton shot a blistering 52 percent from the field and went 7-14 from beyond the arc.  Binghamton's Dusan Perovic led BU scorers with 21 points.  J.C.Snow matched that total with 21 points as well.

Binghamton also got 15 points from Yosef Yacob including 3-3 from beyond the three-point arc.  The Bearcats had to play without three solid performers.  Last year's leading scorer, Willie Rodriguez has only seen duty in nine minutes of play this season and does not expect to see action through Sunday,  He is still recovering from a hamstring injury.  Thomas Bruce became ill prior to the game and did not dress for the contest.
