The Binghamton Bearcats men's basketball team was unable to control any aspect of the game as the Army Black Knights rolled to an 80-54 victory in the Christl Arena at West Point.  Army led 38-23 at the end of the first half.  They then outscored Binghamton 42-31 in the second half to cruise to the win.

The Black Knights are off to their best start since the late 1970's.  The victory over BU puts them at 5-0.  The Bearcats fall to 1-5.  Army is now 6-2 all time versus Binghamton.

Top-scorer in the game was Army's Kyle Wilson.  He scored 25 points and was 5-8 from three-point range.  He came into the game averaging 20.5 points per game.  Binghamton freshman Willie Rodriguez scored 20 points and grabbed 10 rebounds for a double-double.

Binghamton hosts the Cornell Big Red Saturday at 2 PM  at the Events Center.  The Bearcats next road game is at Boston University next Wednesday night.
