The regular season comes to a close for America East women's basketball teams.  Binghamton wrapped up the season in Maryland facing the UMBC Retrievers.

In a meeting at the Events Center last month UMBC handed Binghamton a 71-55 defeat.  In their last game February 26 UMBC lost to the top-seeded Maine Black Bears 61-41.  In Binghamton's last outing, also on the 26th, BU lost to Stony Brook 68-59. In that game Jasmine Sina led the Bearcats with 17 points.

Both teams will be in action again in the opening round of the America East Tournament at the Events Center.
