Banana Peanut Butter Smoothie Foodie Friday
I was told my potassium was low. Solution? Bananas, of course!
Banana/ Peanut Butter/ Coconut Milk Smoothie (Prep. time 5 minutes. 1 serving)
1 peeled banana
3 Tb. creamy peanut butter (or more to taste)
1/1/2 C. unsweetened, unflavored coconut milk
1 tray ice cubes
Chocolate syrup for garnish.
Put the ice in the blender first then add banana, peanut butter and coconut milk and pulse until smooth. Squirt chocolate syrup around the inside of a glass and pour in the smoothie.
