Bainbridge Man Alleged Hydroponic Pot Farmer

A Village of Bainbridge resident is being accused of operating a hydroponic growing operation for marijuana.

50 year old Michael Matthews is charged with unlawful growing of marijuana and unlawful possession of marijuana.

Chenango County Sheriff's officials and county Social Services got a tip about a pot growing operation in the man's home, in the presence of children.

Mattews was issued a court appearance ticket for Town of Bainbridge Court.
