The Binghamton Senators rolled to a 6-1 victory over the Rochester Americans in Rochester today (Sunday).  Phil Varone led the B-Sens charge with one goal and three assists for a four-point game.

Varone scored the only goal in the first period and Casey Bailey upped the count to 2-0 with the eventual game-winning tally just 40 seconds into the second period.  Binghamton scored three goals in the third period to top off the road win.

Chris Driedger earned the win with 30 saves in goal for the B-Sens.  Nathan Lieuwen took the loss for the Amerks.  Nick Baptiste scored the lone Rochester goal.

The B-Sens return home for a pair of weekend games.  Binghamton hosts the Syracuse Crunch on Friday night and remains home to host Rochester on Saturday evening.  Both games begin at 7:05 PM.
