The Binghamton Mets begin a six-game homestand August 4 when they host the Bowie Baysox at 6:35 p.m. at NYSEG Stadium.  The three-game series will match the Eastern League's division leaders against each other.  Bowie is tops in the Western Division with a 61-46 record.  That gives the Baysox a four-game lead on the Altoona Curve.  The B-Mets are 59-48.  They hold a 1.5 game lead over the Reading Fighin Phils and a three-game edge over New Hampshire.Gavin Cecchini leads the B-Mets in hitting with a .317 average.  He has scored 55 runs.  Josh Rodriguez is batting .278 and leads the team in home runs with 16 and Runs Batted In with 62.

On the mound Gabriel Ynoa is 8-7 with an ERA of 3.81.  Seth Lugo checks in with a 6-5 slate and a 3.55 ERA.

The B-Mets host the Baysox through August 6 and then remain home through the weeekend as they meet the Trenton Thunder for three straight.  Air time for August 4's game is 6:20 p.m. on News Radio 1290 WNBF.
