Four Binghamton Mets have been named to the Eastern League All-Star Classic that will be played in Portland, Maine on Wednesday, July 15.  Pittchers Luis Cessa and Paul Sewald along with infielder Josh Rodriguez and outfielder Brandon Nimmo will represent the Binghamton Mets in that contest.

Cessa is in his first full season at Double-A and has seven victories and an ERA of 2.56.  Sewald has been the B-Mets' closer and has an ERA of 1.67 along with 14 saves.

Rodriguez makes his third Eastern League All-Star appearance and second as a B-Met. Rodriguez leads the Eastern League with 13 home runs and currently ranks second with 50 RBI.  Nimmo is considered one of the top prospects in the New York Mets organization.  He is hitting .292 and recently had a 14-game hitting streak.
