The Binghamton Mets are battling temperatures in the 30's but are ready to take the field to host the New Hampshire Fisher Cats at NYSEG Stadium at 7:05 PM (6:50 air on News Radio 1290 WNBF).  Last night's scheduled season-opener never got started as rain and cold temperatures combined to force postponement to a later date this season.

Robert Gsellman gets the start on the mound for Manager Pedro Lopez while Jeremy Gabryszwksi will get the nod or the Fisher Cats.  Gsellman was 13-7 with an ERA of 2.89 in 24 starts with St. Lucie and Binghamton last season.  Gabryszewski spent last season pitching for Class A Dunedin where he went 9-8 with a 3.77 ERA.

Day games are set for tomorrow (Saturday) and Sunday.  Start time both days is 1:05.  Air at 12:50 on News Radio 1290 WNBF.
