The Binghamton Mets won the rubber-game of their three-game series against the Reading Fightin Phils tonight by a final score of 6-3.  Mark Cohoon went seven innings to up his record to 5-3.  Wilfredo Tovar hit a solo home run for the B-Mets.  Rhyne Hughes hit a two-run double and Xorge Carillo had a pair of singles to help pace Binghamton to the win.

Chasen Bradford worked a scoreless eighth inning and closer Jeff Walters retired the side in order in the ninth.  Th win puts the B-Mets record at 64-38, 26 games over the .500 mark.

The B-Mets continue their homestand tomorrow by hosting the Trenton Thunder, the New York Yankees Eastern League affiliate.  Tomorrow night's game begins at 6:35.  Friday the B-Mets play a doubleheader beginning at 5:35 followed by single games on Saturday and Sunday nights.
