The Binghamton Mets scored four runs in the eighth inning April 21 to top the Erie SeaWolves 5-2 at NYSEG Stadium.  Trailing 2-1 entering the bottom of the eighth Dustin Lawley slammed his second home run of the season to tie the game at 2-2.  Gilbert Gomez capped the uprising with with an RBI single to centerfield.

Dario Alvarez came on in the ninth inning to nail down two outs.  Jon Velasquez replaced Alvarez and got Jeff McVaney to line out to third base to close it out and get the save.  Paul Sewald notched his first win of the season for Binghamton.
