B-Mets Look to Hit Curve Tonight
The Binghamton Mets hope to salvage a win in their three-game series against the Altoona Curve tonight at 6:35 ( 6:20 on News Radio 1290 WNBF) at NYSEG Stadium.
Last night the Curve posted a 6-3 win over Binghamton and have taken the first two games of the series. Tonight is the last time Altoona plays in Binghamton this season. The B-Mets have been struggling and have lost five games in a row.
Tonight, Josh Zeid starts for Binghamton. He carries a 1-1 record into the game. Opposing him is Cody Dickson who is 5-3. L.J. Mazzilli had three hits in last night's game while Phillip Evans went 2-5.
Binghamton remains home for the weekend. The Richmond Flying Squirrels visit for three games beginning tomorrow night at 7:05 PM.
