B-Mets in Erie for the Weekend
The Binghamton Mets hope to make it two in a row tonight as they meet the Erie Seawolves in Erie. Last night the B-Mets clubbed the Seawolves 12-2. Neuman Romero tied a B-Mets franchise record with three doubles. Mickey Jannis took a no-hitter into the seventh inning and struck out five along the way. Binghamton moved to 3-2 with the win.
Tonight, Robert Gsellman will make his second start of the season against Tommy Collier for Erie. Tonight's game begins at 6:35 with airtime at 6:20 on News Radio 1290 WNBF.
The B-Mets remain on the road for 1:35 PM games on Saturday and Sunday in Erie. Binghamton then travels to Akron for three games before returning home.
