The Binghamton Mets and United Way are teaming up to help CHOW fight hunger on Sunday, July 31 at NYSEG Stadium.  The game, which begins at 1:05 PM, is against the Portland Sea Dogs and fans are invited to bring non-perishable food items to the game for CHOW.

When children are out of school the need for food for needy families increases since there are no school breakfasts or lunches.  The need is always there but can become quite serious during the summer months.

In addition fans can purchase tickets for six dollars from United Way with half of that cost going to CHOW.  In order to purchase the six dollar tickets and have proceeds go to CHOW the tickets must be purchased through United Way.  This can be done by calling 607-240-2027.  These purchases must be made by 4:00 PM Friday.
