This week’s Muttley Monday featured shelter pet up for adoption from the B.C. Humane Society is Joel, who’s, apparently a real ‘smarty-pants.’Shelter staff wax poetic when describing this clever dog:

Joel will touch your soul. He is a special guy that can fill the hole… in your heart.

He is a fast learner and knows many commands already. He would love you and another playmate as much as any dog can.
