Roger Neel

Roger is the Morning Show host on Newsradio 1290 WNBF. In addition Roger serves as Program and Sports Director for WNBF and Program Director for ESPN 1360 AM WYOS. Roger came to WNBF to broadcast pro hockey with the American Hockey League's Broome Dusters and later Binghamton Whalers. He has been WNBF's Program Director since 1986. In addition Roger is the play by play voice of the Binghamton University Bearcats men's basketball team and was the Binghamton Mets Stadium Announcer for 12 seasons.. He graduated from Westminster College with a BA degree in Speech and Broadcasting. At Westminster he was a starting offensive tackle on their 1970 NAIA National Championship football team and was Captain of the baseball team in his Sr. season. Roger was selected for entry into the Binghamton Hockey Hall of Fame in 2003 and the Southern Tier Broadcasters Hall of Fame in 2010.

Sacred Heart Ukranian Bazaar Set For Tomorrow

Holiday shoppers can browse through hundreds of items tomorrow at the annual Sacred Heart Ukranian Bazaar, 230 Ukranian Hill Road in Johnson City.  The event will be held from 10 AM - 2 PM.

There will be creative crafts on display as well as gift ideas of many kinds including ornaments and embroideries

The Binghamton Bearcats Men's basketball team won their second game in a row Saturday night at the Events Center as they defeated Division III Marywood University from Scranton 76-51.  Freshman Jordan Reed notched a double-double with 21 points and 11 rebounds to pace the Bearcats
