Legal Action Planned in Alleged Tioga Hills School Assault

New York State Police say they have wrapped up an investigation into allegations that a Vestal School District teacher assaulted a 10 year old student, causing serious injuries.

No Major Flooding is Expected in the Twin Tiers

Officials are keeping an eye on  waterways in the Twin Tiers after recent rain, snow and melting ice caused river levels to rise.
