Binghamton May Offer Bill Break for Frozen Pipes

City of Binghamton residents who had frozen pipes and were instructed to keep running a trickle of water through at least one faucet could be getting a break on their water bill.

Mayor Richard David is asking City Council to approve a relief plan that would review the water charges in this billing period to the same period last year and waive any charges above last year’s amount

Meth-Making Materials Found in Bradford County Vehicle

Two Bradford County residents are facing charges after a search of their vehicle turned up several items used in the manufacture of methamphetamine.

Fugitives Captured in Binghamton and Cortland

Several fugitives from justice are in custody thanks to arrests in the Southern Tier and Central New York.

The United States Marshals’ Fugitive Task force and local authorities say 26 year old Christopher Jackson and 19 year old Elizabeth Vesey were arrested on the West side of Binghamton March 11
