Casino Questions Linger

The New York State Gaming Commission says it has not yet received a request from Albany businessman Jeffrey Hyman for an extension of the deadline for filing an application for a casino license.

Binghamton Casino Bid Folds

Albany-area developer Jeffrey Hyman is telling New York State there will be no proposal filed by the deadline for a casino license for a site in the City of Binghamton.

Tioga Downs owner, Jeffrey Gural submitted an 800 page application days ahead of the July 6 deadline to expand the existing Town of Nichols Racino to include table games, a hotel and several family attractions
