Three DWI Arrests are Reported in Broome County

Three traffic investigations, including two crashes, over the weekend have landed DWI charges against two Broome county residents and a Cortland woman.

Broome County Sheriff’s officials say 50 year old Donna Kubrak of Endicott was arrested Friday after allegedly hitting a light pole at the Dollar General in the Town of Maine and speeding off before crashing again a short distance away into an embankment
