Broome County Sheriff’s Deputies say an Endicott man was arrested for drunk driving after an officer noticed a man trying to get his vehicle out of a snow bank at the entrance to Rocket Plaza, Binghamton May 8.
An officer with the Broome County Sheriff’s Highway Patrol Division says he observed an Endicott man acting suspiciously in a neighborhood where a vehicle had been broken into and ended up arresting him
