Six Alarm Fire Claims the Historic Rexmere Hotel in Stamford

A huge, historic building in Delaware County is in ashes following a six-alarm fire that drew over 300 firefighters from ten departments in three counties.

Can Construction to Benefit the Hungry in the Southern Tier

A major ‘can-struction’ project is underway at the Oakdale Mall.

Ten teams are building structures all out of canned goods to draw attention to the hunger problem in the region.

The structures will be judged later this week and the canned goods will be donated to the Community Hunger Outreach Warehouse (CHOW) and the Food Bank of the Southern Tier
