Owego Man Charged In Reported Sexual Assault

Owego police have arrested a suspect in connection with an alleged rape.

Authorities say 23-year-old Ian Webster of Owego has been charged with first-degree rape, a felony.

Bryan Steinhauer Plans Binghamton Run
