Finishing Touches To Be Made At ACA Memorial Park

Several benches now are in place at the ACA Memorial Park site in Binghamton.

The park has been under construction at the southeast corner of Front and Clinton streets.

The memorial is to honor those who died at the American Civic Association building in a shooting incident in April 2009

Letter Carriers To Keep Delivering On Saturday

It appears Saturday delivery of first-class mail will continue for a bit longer.

45-year-old Edward Hickey plans to announce his candidacy for the Republican nomination next week.
