ATV Theft Charge in Lisle

Broome County Sheriff’s officials accuse a Lisle man of stealing an all terrain vehicle in the Town in February.

28 year old William Courtney is charged with felony criminal possession of stolen property.

Officials say the owner of the stolen ATV saw the vehicle being driven on High Street March 13, followed it to a residence and called the authorities.

Courtney was ordered to appear in the Town of Lisle Court at a later date.
