Armed Home Invasion Reported in Binghamton

Binghamton Police are investigating an apparent armed home invasion incident on the South Side.

Police were called by a woman at around 2:55 a.m. December 7 to report two men entering her home on Vestal Avenue near Mill Street and threatening to shoot her.

Both men are described as black, one in his 20s, standing about six feet, three inches tall and wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and jeans while the other was wearing a red shirt and red sweat pants.

Both men were said to have been armed with handguns.

There were no injuries.
