Some Binghamton area residents are show support for the victims of an apparent racially motivated hate-crime in Charlottesville, Virginia.

It’s estimated over 100 people turned out August 13 for a candlelight gathering at the United Presbyterian Church downtown in response to the death of a woman and wounding of dozens others when a car rammed into counter-protestors in Virginia who objected to a white supremacist rally.

Organizers said there is no room for hate no matter what a person’s faith is.
