Another Local Arts Venue Folds

The curtain falls on another arts venue in the region.

The Art Mission and Theater on Prospect Avenue closes December 29 after ten years.  The non-profit independent movie theater and art gallery was struggling to make ends meet.

The news following a recent report on PressConnects saying The Cider Mill Playhouse, that had been ousted from its Endicott home when its lease expired, “folded” with the board voting to “cease operations effective immediately” and work to dissolution.  Cider Mill season tickets are being honored by the Chenango River Theatre.
