Another Get Rich Quick Scam in Pennsylvania

In spite of repeated warnings, residents of the Twin Tiers continue to fall victim to get-rich-quick scams.

Pennsylvania State Police say an 85 year old Bradford County woman fell for a scammer who told her she won $4.5 million and a 2013 Mercedes Benz.

The Springfield Township woman was told she had to pay a customs fee to get the car.

She sent $1,200 as instructed but never got the car nor her supposed multi-million dollar prize.
