Jeremy Donovan/FOX 40 News [March 7, 2015][/caption]A second person is charged in connection with a car/pedestrian collision on the Court Street Bridge in Binghamton on the weekend of the City’s Saint Patrick’s celebration that cost a Long Island woman part of her leg.

City Police say 25 year old Duane Felton Junior of Binghamton is now charged with felony assault, accused of grabbing the steering wheel while in an argument with driver, 22 year old Nutanie Saysanavong of Johnson City on March 7.

The vehicle jumped the curb on the bridge and pinned the pedestrian against a stone railing.

Saysanavong is charged with drunk driving.

Authorities say the 20 year old victim was in town visiting a friend, who attends Binghamton University, when she was hit by the vehicle while walking on the sidewalk of the downtown bridge at around 10 p.m.

Binghamton Police are still gathering information in the case and witnesses can contact the detective division at (607) 772-7080.
