Another member of a Broome County drug kingpin bust is headed to prison.

Under a deal, 37 year old Shawn Perry has pleaded guilty to felony criminal possession of a controlled substance.

He was one of 4 defendants in the case that saw 81 indictments handed down in March.  There had been seven indicted in the October drug trafficking raid.

Devon Johnson, who was described as the main operative in the heroin ring and Maurice Rollins also pleaded guilty in plea deals to criminal possession of a controlled substance, avoiding possible life sentences.

Johnson is being given ten years in prison and Rollins will get up to eight years in prison according to the Broome County District Attorney’s Office.

Perry is to be sentenced in September to seven-and-a-half years in prison and two years on parole.
