An Endicott Man is Accused of Having 77 Bags of Heroin
An Endicott man is accused of possessing a large amount of heroin, pills and drug packaging material.
31 year old Ryan McPartland was arrested July 31 following a search of his Squires Avenue home.
The Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force reports finding 77 bags of heroin, 5.1 grams of powder heroin, drug paraphernalia, a variety of narcotics pills and $2,300 in suspected drug proceeds.
McPartland is charged with a total of two felony counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and two misdemeanor counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and one misdemeanor count of criminally using drug paraphernalia. He was sent to the Broome County Jail without bail
