Endicott Police say a Village man is accused of stealing and forging four personal bank checks and cashing them for more than $730 in Endicott and the City of Binghamton.

38 year old Jason Clark is charged with felony forgery and two felony counts of grand larceny.

He’s also accused of stealing an automatic teller machine card and withdrawing $1,661 from ATMs in Endicott and Binghamton.

In addition, police say they had been looking for him on a probation violation warrant when he was found with three others who were taken into custody on various warrants.

Clark was sent to the Broome County Jail without bail.

The others arrested on the warrants were 24 year old Chase Healey 23 year old Jeri-Ann Healey and 26 year old Jesse Martinez, all of Endicott.
