An Apalachin Man is Found With 14 License Suspensions
Failure to use a turn signal has resulted in a felony charge for an Apalachin man.
New York State Police say they saw 33 year old Andrew Honnick making a turn near the Sunoco Gas Station on State Route 434 in Apalachin without signaling.
After pulling Honnick over, Troopers say they found he was driving while intoxicated and had 14 suspensions on his driving record.
He refused to submit to a breath test.
Honnick is charged with felony aggravated unlicensed operation and driving while intoxicated.
He was sent to the Tioga County Jail on $1,000 bail.
