Alleged Broome Drug Kingpin Pleads Not Guilty

The suspected head of a Broome County heroin ring says he is not guilty of the 94 charges against him following a big drug raid in July.

Terrance “Money” Wise and two others were indicted in Broome County Court.  Authorities say they seized 27-hundred bags of heroin and $38,000 when they raided six homes. Seven people were arrested.

For the first time Broome County is charging Wise as being a drug kingpin, which could result in a life sentence.
