A Windsor Man is Accused of Driving With a Blood Alcohol Level at .35%
A Windsor man is accused of drunk driving with a blood alcohol content at more than four times the legal limit.
New York State Police arrested 41 year old Albert Schultes Junior May 9 as they investigated a crash on Cresson Hill Road in Windsor.
Officials say they measured Schultes blood alcohol content at .35%.
He was sent to the Broome County Jail on $2,500 bail.
