A Kingsley, Pennsylvania man is being charged in connection with a September crash in Lenox Township that left a six month old baby dead.

State Police say 21 year old Zachary Larue is charged with homicide by vehicle, three counts of aggravated assault by vehicle, involuntary manslaughter, careless and reckless driving and other traffic counts.

Troopers say the Larue was allegedly speeding when his vehicle spun out of control hitting two other cars on State Route 92 near State Route 106 in Susquehanna County at around 7 p.m. September 12th.

The infant girl killed in the crash was in one of those cars.
